ARTWORK: Artwork may be submitted by disk or email. Art files must be print ready. Vector or like-art will produce the best results. Vector files created: .ai, .eps, .pdf or .cdr are acceptable with fonts saved as Outlines or Curves. Raster (bitmap) files at 300 dpi at final print size may also be used. Supported Raster formats include: .psd, .png, .jpg, .tif, .gif or .bmp. Layeder files should be flattened. Artwork is accepted via email at: artwork@madisonid.com.
There is no charge for camera ready art. If artwork creation is required there is a $60 (V) per hour charge.($30.00 minimum)

CANCELLATIONS: You will be billed for labor and materials used up to the cancellation date plus $30(Z)


CHARGE PURCHASES: You may use Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

CLAIMS: Any damages discrepancies or errors must be reported within 72 hours after the receipt of the merchandise, or the claim will not be honored.

CO-OP PROGRAMS: All items are available for co-op pricing. All programs are approved on an individual basis and subject to approval in writing from Madison Line. Please call the factory to set up the individual program.

DROP SHIPMENTS: There is no extra freight charge for drop shipments to one location. For Split shipments add $10 (V) for each additional destination.

F.O.B. POINT: All freight is shipped F.O.B., our factory in Springfield , NJ (Zip code 07081)

INCREASED ORDER SIZE: Any order increases will be treated as separate orders unless we can accommodate your order, and the order has not yet been started.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Merchandise without a logo (unimprinted) is available for $15(V) handling charge. Orders for less than minimum or merchandise with an imprint (logo) cannot be returned. Any order must have a value of at least $75(Z).

ORDERS: All orders must be in writing. A faxed or emailed order is considered an original order. If you confirm an order via FAX, please state on the order: "CONFIRMATION - DO NOT DUPLICATE."

OVER/UNDER-RUNS: Every attempt is made to ship exact quantities. However, we reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under the quantity specified on the order.

PRINTING: Hot stamping or silk-screening is used on all flat vinyl products. The method is indicated in the product description on each page. Lanyards can be silk-screened, embroidered or dye sublimated. Domes and labels for badgeholders are laser printed. Hot stamped colors cannot be PMS matched. PMS matches apply to all other methods of printing.

PROOFS: The first email proof is available at no charge.

PRODUCT PROOFS: Contact or E-mail factory for availability.

RANDOM SAMPLES: Over $2(Z) total are billed at end column price plus shipping.

RETURNS: Stock items without imprints are returnable, only with written factory authorization when less than 2 months have passed since the ship date. The product must be packed in original unopened boxes. Imprinted and custom items cannot be returned. A Re-Stock Fee will Apply.

SHIPPING: All items are shipped United Parcel Service-(UPS) or Federal Express-(FedEx) unless otherwise specified.
